Cancellation Policy

Payment

• A 100% advance payment is required to confirm every reservation.

Cancellation window

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival may attract one night's room charges.
• Direct-booking cancellations within 72 hours of arrival may be charged the full booking amount, depending on the rate plan.

Amendments

FIT booking amendments should also be requested at least 72 hours before arrival. Later amendments will be treated in the same manner as late cancellations.

No-show

Reservations are generally held until 6:00 PM on the check-in date unless late arrival has been communicated. Guests who do not arrive and have not informed us in advance will be treated as a no-show and applicable charges will apply per the rate plan booked.
