Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as per the applicable cancellation policy for your booking.
When you're eligible for a refund
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival — full refund to your source account.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival — refund of any amount over and above the applicable cancellation charge (one night's room charge for FIT bookings; the full booking amount may apply for certain direct-booking rate plans).
- Amendments and no-shows are handled per the Cancellation Policy applicable to your booking.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are initiated the same working day we confirm your cancellation.
- The amount is returned to the same UPI ID or account from which the payment was made.
- Depending on your bank or UPI provider, funds typically reflect in 3–7 business days.
What you'll need
- Your booking reference (starts with MDB-).
- The UTR / transaction number submitted at the time of payment.
