Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM.
• Check-out: 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in is subject to room availability. Check-in before 8:00 AM may attract a full-day room charge.

Rates & Breakfast

• Room rates include buffet breakfast at 24 Seven Coffee Shop.
• In-room breakfast is charged separately.

Reservations

• Reservations are generally held until 6:00 PM unless late arrival has been communicated.
• FIT booking amendments or cancellations should be made at least 72 hours before arrival. Later cancellations may attract one night's room charges.

Payments & Settlement

• Guests must settle their stay charges before departure by cash or an approved credit card, unless their company or travel agency has approved credit facilities.
• Cheques are not accepted for final settlement.
• Major credit cards are accepted.

Identification

• Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
• Foreign nationals require a passport and valid visa.

Children & Extra Bed

• Children below 5 years can stay complimentary when sharing the room with parents without an extra bed.
• An extra bed is chargeable.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel except in designated smoking areas.

Special Rates

• Special rates may have specific eligibility restrictions and may not apply to conferences, meetings, seminars, social groups or functions.

Cancellation by Booking Channel

Direct-booking cancellations are free up to 72 hours before arrival; later cancellations are charged the full booking amount. Cancellation terms may differ depending on the booking channel or rate plan — the terms shown at the time of your booking will apply.
